Terms and Conditions

By booking a property viewing with Wander West, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
   Your property viewing will be confirmed once we have coordinated with the real estate agent and scheduled the appointment. You will receive an email confirmation once everything is agreed upon with the agent.

2. Payment Information
   Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. If the viewing does not go ahead for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Payment will be processed immediately upon booking, and a confirmation will be sent once the viewing is agreed upon with the real estate agent.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • More than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled viewing will incur no charge, and you will receive a full refund.

   • Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled viewing will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

4. Rescheduling Policy

   • More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule the viewing at no additional charge (subject to availability).

   • Less than 24 hours' notice: We will try to reschedule within 24 hours with no additional fee, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.

5. Property Details
   Wander West will coordinate the viewing on your behalf and provide photos, videos (if permitted), and a property report following the viewing.

6. Changes to Service
   Wander West reserves the right to modify or cancel your viewing if circumstances beyond our control arise. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution, and you will receive a full refund if the viewing cannot be rescheduled.

7. Liability
   Wander West is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the property listing, and we do not guarantee that the property will meet your expectations. Our service is limited to coordinating the viewing and providing related information.

8. Privacy
   Your personal and payment information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and confirming your property viewing. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
